Culinary Arts

About

The Culinary Arts program prepares students for careers as culinary professionals in a variety of hospitality businesses.  The program includes a core of culinary arts courses which develop cooking skills and provide instruction in sanitation, nutrition, and supervision.  In addition, students receive a well-rounded experience including instruction in purchasing, cost control, and accounting practices that prepare students for successful careers as culinary professionals. 

Classes are held from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and nights and weekends as required at the Warren County High School in McMinnville.
