TBR celebrates TCAT at Coffee County ribbon cutting
TBR - The College System of Tennessee joined local and state leaders for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) at Coffee County campus on Friday, July 10.
The event marked the culmination of a decade of planning and work on the impressive $25 million campus, which will enhance technical training and education opportunities for students in Manchester and Coffee County. Programs available to enrollees on this beautiful, new campus include Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Computer Information Technology, Cosmetology and Cosmetology Instruction, Industrial Maintenance and the new NextGen Drone Technology program - taking flight next fall.
The College System is grateful to Gov. Bill Lee, State Sen. Janice Bowling and State Rep. Rush Bricken for their steadfast support and continued investment in helping more students earn the training needed to achieve successful futures.
